Founded in 2014 by renowned Indonesian pastry chef Talita Setyadi, BEAU Bakery & Café (commonly referred to as BEAU) has established itself as a leading specialty bakery and café brand in Indonesia. The company focuses on producing artisanal, high-quality bread and pastries using locally sourced ingredients. BEAU's full-service restaurants and cafés offer an extensive selection of beverages, including smoothies and coffee, alongside over 100 baked goods and hot kitchen items. On a daily basis, BEAU caters to around 400 dine-in and takeaway customers while also supplying more than 100 food and beverage (F&B) businesses through its wholesale operations.
With a commitment to quality and ethics, BEAU has garnered popularity among customers for its delicious brunch offerings, extensive vegan menu, and diverse range of coffees, juices, and smoothies. The founder, Talita Setyadi, who grew up in New Zealand and studied in France, aims to elevate the F&B standards in Indonesia by promoting transparency, quality, ethical sourcing, and culinary education.
