Trocadero Capital Partners has invested in SOS Accessoire, which has acquired the IRIS Group and Dragon Group, creating the new entity ECOPARTS to enhance its services and expand its market presence in Europe.

Target Information

SOS Accessoire, founded in 2008, is the leading online retailer in France specializing in spare parts for home appliances, enabling consumers to repair their malfunctioning devices. The company has recently expanded its operations by acquiring the IRIS Group, which focuses on supplying spare parts for home appliances to professional customers in France, Germany, and the Benelux region. This strategic acquisition, paired with the purchase of the Dragon Group, which ranks as the second-largest online seller in France, has led to the formation of a new entity called ECOPARTS.

With the integration of these businesses, the newly established ECOPARTS employs nearly 300 staff and achieves a critical revenue milestone of 120 million euros. This move significantly broadens SOS Accessoire's service capability to address both B2C and B2B customers across Europe.
