EXTENDAM has acquired the Vice Versa Hotel in Paris with plans for a comprehensive renovation to reposition it as a premium boutique hotel.
Information on the Target
EXTENDAM has announced its acquisition of both the real estate and business of the Vice Versa Hotel, a four-star independent establishment comprising 37 rooms, located on Rue de la Croix-Nivert in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Opened in 2012, the hotel features a concept initially envisioned by Chantal Thomass centered around the seven deadly sins. The property is slated for a comprehensive renovation to meet the new standards of high-end boutique hotels.
The Vice Versa Hotel is strategically located just a short distance from the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, which is the largest convention and exhibition center in Europe, attracting over 7.5 million visitors and hosting 200 events annually. This prime location presents a blend of leisure and business traffic, enhanced by ongoing neighborhood transformations, including the construction of the Tour Triangle, which will introduce 80,000 square meters of office space and create approximately 5,000 new jobs, thereby increasing local attractiveness and establishing a new shopping avenue.
