TransPerfect, the leading global provider of language and AI solutions, has successfully acquired two renowned studios from the Technicolor Group based in France: MPC Paris and The Mill Paris. MPC Paris specializes in post-production and visual effects, delivering high-quality services for the film and episodic industry. The studio has been recognized for its recent contributions to award-winning films, including the Oscar-winning 'Anatomy of a Fall' and 'Emilia Pérez.' Meanwhile, The Mill Paris operates as a comprehensive creative content studio, catering to the advertising and brand experience sectors.
Following the acquisition, both brands will continue to operate under their established names and will function as divisions within TransPerfect Media. Leadership at both studios will remain intact, with Béatrice Bauwens at the helm of MPC and Fabien Godenèche managing The Mill. Their integration into the senior management team of TransPerfect Media is expected to foster a collaborative environment that enhances the services offered by both studios.
