Sviatoslav Kapustin, the owner of Trampolyn Ventures, has acquired a 10% stake in the company, having previously concentrated assets related to software development and computing technology on Russian Elbrus processors. Previously, BITBLAZE had investment from Kama Flow, and its ownership is divided among five shareholders, with the founder Maxim Kposov holding a 74% stake and serving as the company's CEO. Kapustin acquired his stake by purchasing 5% each from Kama Flow and Kposov. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, but BITBLAZE is estimated to be valued at around half a billion rubles. Additional investment rounds are planned to enhance the production capabilities of BITBLAZE.
