SPM Invest has become the majority shareholder of the renowned Czech ice hockey club HC Dukla Jihlava, which was founded in 1956. This acquisition represents a significant development for the club, which aims to elevate its status in the Czech Extraliga. The agreement was approved by the city council of Jihlava, allowing SPM Invest to acquire an 80% ownership stake for a sum of 6.8 million CZK. Furthermore, this transaction will bolster the club's equity by an additional 34 million CZK.
