BHM Group has made a strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Adrez Living, positioning itself as a significant player in the apartment hotel segment. Established in 2008, Adrez Living specializes in premium accommodation in the heart of Prague, currently managing a portfolio of 23 properties, including three hotels and several apartment hotels. The company has witnessed impressive financial growth, achieving a turnover of nearly 500 million CZK last year, with plans to increase this figure to 600 million CZK by 2025.
Adrez Living’s offerings are designed to provide a unique living experience, combining the comfort of home with the convenience of hotel services. The company is set to expand with the upcoming opening of the Botanist apartment hotel in a property owned by BHM Group, and at least one additional project in Prague is in the pipeline. Following these expansions, the total number of properties under its management will reach 25, with a target to increase the accommodation capacity to 2,500 beds this year.
