Cubbit has secured $12.5 million in funding to accelerate the adoption of its geo-distributed cloud storage technology across Europe.

Cubbit, the first provider of geo-distributed cloud storage, has successfully completed a funding round of $12.5 million. This new capital will enable the company to accelerate the adoption of its technology among service providers and enterprises in Europe, allowing them to regain full sovereignty and control over their data, IT infrastructures, and associated costs.
The funds raised will support Cubbit's growth throughout Europe, particularly focusing on the DACH region, French-speaking countries, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, these resources will facilitate the further adoption of Cubbit's technology, which is already rapidly expanding in Europe with over 350 business clients. This expansion is supported by numerous international partnerships with companies such as HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise), Equinix, Exclusive Networks, and Leonardo. Part of the funds will also be allocated to enhance and strengthen the ecosystem of software applications compatible with Cubbit's enabling technology, supporting projects in various strategic sectors, including aerospace, defense, cybersecurity, healthcare, and public administration.
