EXTENDAM and Groupe ALBORAN have announced the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of eight hotels located in Bourges, which is designated as the European Capital of Culture in 2028. This portfolio includes properties ranging from 2 to 4 stars, providing a total of 507 rooms at present. In addition, investors plan to expand the portfolio by adding more hotels in the upcoming years.
Previously owned by the Falleur family since 1989, this portfolio is now being acquired by EXTENDAM and ALBORAN in collaboration with Alexandre Falleur, the son of the founder. Alexandre will increase his stake in the company and will actively participate in the management of the hotels, leveraging the support and expertise of Groupe ALBORAN.
