On December 18, 2025, NTT DATA announced the acquisition of The Cloud People Group AS, one of Europe's largest pure ServiceNow partners, headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Established in 2019, The Cloud People has expanded its operations to Northern Europe, the USA, and Brazil and will now become part of NTT DATA Business Solutions. The Cloud People specializes in providing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions for mid-sized and large enterprises, offering services that span across various aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including IT service management, incident, problem, and change management, as well as routine process automation, resource planning, employee onboarding and offboarding, customer service, and security operations.
