LeadCloud has signed a business transaction to acquire Fonecta's data operations on October 16. This deal positions LeadCloud as one of the leading players focused on targeting sales contacts. Additionally, the ownership of LeadCloud will transfer from LeadDesk Oyj to Juuri Partners and key personnel within LeadCloud. Juuri Rahasto I Ky and these key personnel will become majority owners of Leadventure Oy, which is the business name for LeadCloud. LeadDesk Oyj will retain a minority stake in the company.
