The company has made remarkable strides in the industry, capturing a significant market share and demonstrating market-leading profitability. Rajupaja has established a robust competitive position through strategic acquisitions and mergers with niche competitors and smaller operators across various market segments.
Backed by Evolver, Rajupaja aims to solidify its position as a nationwide leader in the event equipment and services sector. Key entrepreneurs, Jussi Mäkelä and Sami Tarkia, will maintain substantial shareholdings in the company, while CEO Jani Rokala will continue to lead and contribute as a shareholder. This deal marks the sixth and final investment of the Evolver Fund I.
