The project, dubbed 'Résidence du Bois des Metz', is a significant redevelopment initiative led by Eiffage Immobilier, situated at 94 rue Albert Calmette in Jouy-en-Josas. The initiative aims to transform four existing office buildings from the 1980s into a total of 75 residential units, accounting for a combined area of 5,426 square meters. The redevelopment not only includes 59 affordable housing units but also 16 units designated under the Bail Réel Solidaire program in partnership with the Office Foncier Solidaire des Yvelines. Additionally, a retail space will be incorporated at the ground level.

This urban requalification effort emphasizes repurposing existing structures to enhance the local housing supply while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
