The redevelopment not only includes 59 affordable housing units but also 16 units designated under the Bail Réel Solidaire program in partnership with the Office Foncier Solidaire des Yvelines. Additionally, a retail space will be incorporated at the ground level.
This urban requalification effort emphasizes repurposing existing structures to enhance the local housing supply while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and community engagement. The design, completed by DGM Architecture, features a diverse range of apartment sizes from T1 to T5, all equipped with balconies or terraces, ensuring a quality living environment that blends elegance with the natural surroundings.
