Following a capital increase of €41 million in 2024, Groupe Babel currently manages 764 apartments with the ambitious goal of expanding to 2,500 units by 2028.
The current funding opportunity is specifically directed towards a Grenoble asset developed in partnership with the Caisse des Dépôts, situated on Rue Maurice Gignoux. This includes a completed building that is actively operational, along with a second property undergoing rehabilitation, which boasts stunning panoramic views of the city.
