Dee4 Capital Partners ApS has acquired the Ultramax bulk carrier "Ultra Diversity," which will be renamed "Dee4 Oak," and will enhance its investment portfolio while being chartered back to the seller, Ultrabulk A/S.
Target Information
Dee4 Capital Partners ApS ("Dee4") is excited to announce its acquisition of "Ultra Diversity," a 63,490 deadweight ton (dwt) Ultramax bulk carrier. Upon completion of the acquisition, the vessel will be renamed "Dee4 Oak." This strategic investment adds a significant asset to Dee4's growing maritime portfolio.
The purchased vessel will be owned by Dee4 Capital Fund II K/S ("Fund II"). The transaction is set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025, after which the vessel will be chartered back to Ultrabulk A/S, the selling subsidiary. Following this acquisition, Fund II will oversee two vessels in its portfolio, while Dee4 will continue to manage seven medium-range product tankers currently co-invested in.
