Target Company Overview

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC ("C&S") has successfully completed its acquisition of SpartanNash Company ("SpartanNash"). With this merger, the combined entity employs over 30,000 individuals and operates nearly 60 distribution centers throughout the United States. Together, they serve approximately 10,000 independent retail locations, in addition to military commissaries and exchanges. Furthermore, they manage more than 200 corporate-run grocery stores, enhancing their reach and service offerings.
