Arendse Group has successfully acquired all shares of Healthclub One, aligning with its strategic initiative to enhance growth within the health and fitness sector. Healthclub One is situated in Someren and offers a diverse range of facilities, including fitness areas, group classes, wellness options, squash courts, spinning sessions, and horeca services. The acquisition is set to bring significant transformations to the club, which will include facility upgrades, the introduction of physiotherapy services through the Fysiomore label, and the construction of an indoor pool to facilitate swimming lessons, thereby modernizing the club to meet the standards of the Arendse model.

This acquisition marks a strategic move for Arendse Group, as it increases the total number of health clubs under its management to seven while also extending its geographical footprint.
