Ahlsell Danmark ApS has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares of Bacher Work Wear A/S, one of Denmark's largest independent suppliers of workwear, promotional clothing, and uniforms. Established in 1897, Bacher Work Wear caters to a diverse clientele spanning both the public and private sectors. The company employs 75 staff members and reported a revenue of 178 million DKK in 2022.
The main office is located in Copenhagen, while the central warehouse, which includes administration, a logistics center, printing facilities, and a showroom, is situated in Odense. Additionally, a new establishment is set to open in Aarhus in December 2023.
