Wealthcap has successfully signed a long-term lease agreement with WFS Worldwide Flight Services GmbH for a total of 24,000 square meters of commercial space located in Cargo City South at Frankfurt Airport. Effective January 1, 2026, WFS will assume complete control of the office and logistics spaces previously occupied by DHL. This property is part of the 'Wealthcap Immobilien Deutschland 30' portfolio, comprising approximately 10,000 square meters of office space and around 14,000 square meters of warehouse space, strategically located at the entrance to Cargo City South, providing direct access to the essential infrastructure of Frankfurt Airport, which is Europe's largest air freight hub.
