Vam Investments has acquired five Italian companies to create the Everest Group, aimed at becoming a leader in energy transition services for businesses.

Vam Investments has entered into binding agreements to acquire five Italian companies, including Garolfi, Starter Energy, Guidi Impianti, Solaryse, and Omnia Energy 3. These companies specialize in the design, installation, and management of photovoltaic systems, electrical systems, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services for businesses. The consolidation of these companies will form the Everest Group, which aims to establish itself as the national leader in providing services related to energy transition for enterprises.
Alessandro Zunino, the initiator and promoter of this initiative, will assume the role of CEO of Everest. Zunino brings extensive experience in the energy and industrial sectors, previously serving as the CEO of Edison Energia. Umberto Quadrino, former CEO of Edison from 2001 to 2012 and current president of Tages—an asset management firm specializing in renewable energy and energy transition—will contribute his expertise as chairman of Everest.
