Founded in 1979 by the Tedesco family, the company specializes in a diverse range of products including biscuits, croissants, fresh pastries, seasonal baked goods, and bread substitutes. With three production plants covering approximately 40,000 sqm and a workforce of around 230 employees, L’Albero del Pane and its subsidiary, Tedesco S.r.l, achieved a remarkable turnover of roughly €63 million in 2024.

Approximately 45% of the company's revenues were generated through their own brands, and they exported around 30% of total revenue to more than 70 countries. Key commercial brands include Ore Liete, GranArt, and Piselli.
