The investment firm, Bankers Investment, a 100% subsidiary of Bankers Holding Co., has recently undergone a complete acquisition by our company. As a result of this acquisition, we are taking over the management operations of Bankers Investment while commencing the management of the fund known as Multas Investment No. 2 Limited Liability Partnership. Following this acquisition, Bankers Investment has been rebranded, and will continue its investment activities under the new name, Multas Investment Co., Ltd.
