Target Information

The traditional family office, Turim, has acquired a stake in Vita, an investment firm established in 2016 with R$ 3.5 billion under advisory. This transaction involves cash and equity and marks the exit of Gorila, which had previously acquired a minority stake in Vita in 2021. Following the deal, Vita has been restructured into two entities: Vita MFO and Vita Multi Family Office Accelerator.

Vita MFO will cease to exist and will be integrated into Tori, a wealth management arm created by Turim at the end of last year, targeting clients with less than R$ 100 million in assets, thus increasing its assets under management to R$ 4 billion. In this arrangement, Turim becomes the majority partner. The B2B segment, a family office accelerator, will retain the Vita brand while Turim will hold a minority stake.
