Patria Investimentos has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Solis Investimentos, one of Brazil's largest managers of Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDCs). This strategic deal signifies Patria’s aggressive entry into the FIDC segment, with plans to acquire the remaining 49% stake within the next three years. While the financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, this acquisition is poised to significantly enhance Patria’s portfolio.

Solis Investimentos currently manages approximately R$ 3.5 billion in assets, which will bolster Patria’s existing US$ 50 billion in total assets under management, where over US$ 8 billion is allocated in private credit. This addition represents a substantial increase, equating to more than 40% of Patria's current private credit assets.
