This strategic deal signifies Patria’s aggressive entry into the FIDC segment, with plans to acquire the remaining 49% stake within the next three years. While the financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, this acquisition is poised to significantly enhance Patria’s portfolio.
Solis Investimentos currently manages approximately R$ 3.5 billion in assets, which will bolster Patria’s existing US$ 50 billion in total assets under management, where over US$ 8 billion is allocated in private credit. This addition represents a substantial increase, equating to more than 40% of Patria's current private credit assets.
