The funds will be utilized to enhance its operations in the North West of England and to facilitate the company's expansion into northern Europe. The financing structure includes £2 million in equity from notable investors such as TSP Ventures, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Investment Fund, and Old College Capital, the venture investment arm of the University of Edinburgh. Additionally, BBB has secured £2 million in debt financing from Innovate UK’s Future Economy Facility.
