TSG GROUP, a leading European provider of technical services for sustainable mobility solutions, has acquired SOL NAVITAS to enhance its development in the Balkans. Founded in 2008, SOL NAVITAS specializes in the design, development, and maintenance of solar power installations. With over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, the company is recognized as one of the most reliable and experienced service providers in Slovenia.
SOL NAVITAS has successfully completed more than 3,000 installations with a total electrical capacity exceeding 60 MW across multiple countries in the Balkans, including Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia.
