The TRX Real Estate Investment Fund (TRXF11), managed by TRX Investimentos, has successfully acquired a hospital property leased to the prestigious Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, situated in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo, for a total investment of R$ 327.6 million. This acquisition broadens the fund's portfolio of high-quality hospital assets, which is recognized as a resilient and strategic sector. Previously, TRXF11 had already invested in two other assets leased to the Albert Einstein Hospital, reinforcing its commitment to the healthcare sector.

This acquisition follows a strategic plan that sees TRXF11 expanding its reach in the healthcare arena. Notably, the fund previously secured a 70% stake in 15 floors of the Global Medical Center, a mixed-use development along the Marginal Pinheiros, for R$ 226.2 million, adding over 9,185 m² of usable area to its holdings. Moreover, in July this year, TRXF11 acquired a 70% interest in an oncological hospital also located in the Global Park, which is currently under construction and scheduled to open in June 2026.
