The acquisition includes several prominent operating companies, namely Jobarco BV, Pantaflex BV, and Capable BV located in the Netherlands, TKD Kabel GmbH and Schrade Kabel & Elektrotechnik GmbH in Germany, TKH Kabeltechniek Sp. z.o.o. in Poland, and KC Industrie Srl in Italy. These businesses represent a strategic collection of assets that will significantly empower the newly formed Cable Connectivity Group.
