This strategic merger, finalized in September 2025, is Rouse's fifth m&a (merger and acquisition) transaction since MML's investment in July 2022, positioning the merged entity as a leader in global IP services.
The integration with Arnold & Siedsma enables Rouse to significantly enhance its capabilities in patents and litigation services. Clients of Arnold & Siedsma can now access a broader array of services including IP consulting, trademarks, enforcement, and disputes across essential markets in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
