Infra Digital Templus has entered into an agreement with AtlasEdge for the acquisition of nine data centers located across key European cities. These centers are strategically positioned in major markets such as Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Zurich, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Leeds, and Copenhagen. As one of the largest data center platforms in southern Europe, Templus aims to enhance its operations and expand its footprint in the data center landscape through this transaction.
The expected completion of the transaction is scheduled for the first half of 2026, pending necessary regulatory approvals. This acquisition enables Templus to unlock significant synergies in critical Spanish markets while marking the beginning of its international expansion. The company will now manage a portfolio of over 60MW of power capacity, supporting around 750 customers in high-growth colocation markets.
