Talma, a leading Peruvian airport services company, has successfully acquired 100% of Lasa, a Colombian firm with over 25 years of experience in providing airport services in Colombia. The details of the transaction were not disclosed; however, Talma's General Manager, Arturo Cassinelli, expressed confidence that this acquisition will foster significant growth. The company operates approximately 740 flights daily and has extended its footprint to 49 airports, including three in Mexico and 46 across South America.
With this acquisition, Talma aims to enhance its service offerings while ensuring the continuity of Lasa’s high-quality services. The leadership of Lasa will remain unchanged, with Gonzalo Aristizabal continuing as the current manager, which Talma believes will facilitate a smooth integration process.
