Payc is a consulting firm specializing in construction management with a strong presence in Colombia. Established in 1980 and headquartered in Bogotá, Payc employs approximately 350 professionals who provide comprehensive consulting and engineering services across all phases of building construction. The firm's expertise encompasses project structuring, design management, construction management, owner's engineering, and work supervision, thereby engaging in the construction value chain from inception to completion.
Payc has been involved in several prestigious projects, including the Serena del Mar Hospital, which spans over 42,912 square meters. This innovative hospital project, located near Cartagena, is part of a larger Master Plan that integrates multi-use developments, luxury housing, and educational facilities. Other notable projects include Atrio Towers, an architecturally significant office building in Bogotá designed by Richard Rogers, and the Uniandes Campus Development for Universidad de los Andes, one of the top universities in Colombia.
