Signature Aviation, recognized as the largest network of Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) globally, has made a strategic acquisition by purchasing Vail Valley Jet Center (VVJC) FBO, located at Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) in Colorado. This acquisition represents Signature's fourth FBO in Colorado, expanding its reach beyond the Denver area for the first time.

Vail Valley Jet Center occupies a prime 48-acre leasehold situated near some of North America’s most renowned ski resorts, including Vail, Beaver Creek, and Aspen. The facility boasts a luxury FBO terminal, a 12,000-gallon self-serve aviation gasoline (avgas) pump, and a recently added de-icing facility. Additionally, VVJC operates 10 hangars at the airport, providing a combined total of 260,000 square feet of indoor aircraft storage, with two more hangars scheduled for completion by Q4 2022.
