Roleho Partners has successfully completed its first platform acquisition with the establishment of Reno Group Oy, a Finnish renovation group that emerged just a few months ago. The group now comprises four companies, unified under a common management structure, and boasts a combined revenue of just under €30 million. The Finnish companies included in this acquisition are Concrete Urakointi, Remonttitalo Pekka Koskinen, LHE Rakennus, and Peeta Korjausrakentaminen, all based in the city of Vantaa.
Reno Group covers a broad spectrum of technical renovation services, including facades, balconies, roofs, piping networks, commercial premises, and parking facilities. The leadership team will be headed by Arto Nieminen as Group CEO and Arjo Laukia as Chairman of the Board.
