One simple plan, add capacity in packs, and manage or cancel yourself at any time. Annual billing saves two months.
Every request carries your secret key in an X-API-Key header (an Authorization: Bearer token also works). Create, view and revoke keys in the API console. Keys are shown once at creation.
Two limits apply: a monthly request quota tied to your plan (3,000 included, up to 10,000 with packs) and a burst limit of 100 requests per minute. Both are reported in response headers, and requests rejected for rate limiting don't count against your monthly quota.

Yes — everything is self-serve. Add or remove quota packs and cancel from the API console via the billing portal. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
No — the Data API is a standalone add-on so it can sit on top of any Dealert plan (or none). You subscribe to it separately in the console.
