Information on the target

Röchling Industrial has successfully acquired Terbrack Kunststoff GmbH through a structured investor process. Based in Vreden, North Rhine-Westphalia, Terbrack specializes in the processing of technical plastics, developing and manufacturing semi-finished products and finished components from high-performance polymers across a production area of 16,000 square meters. In addition to manufacturing, the company offers technical consulting and customized product development services. Terbrack's solutions are utilized across various industries, including mechanical engineering, food technology, and automotive manufacturing. In the fiscal year 2024, the company generated approximately €13 million in revenue with a workforce of 104 employees.

This acquisition further strengthens Röchling's position as one of the world's leading plastic processing companies. The structured sales process was initiated following the insolvency filing made by the management on October 29, 2025, at the Münster District Court. Dr. Ria Brüninghoff from PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH was appointed as the provisional insolvency administrator. The team from CVM Capital Value Management GmbH, led by Managing Partner Andreas Knaup, was exclusively mandated to conduct the structured M&A process. Despite the challenging circumstances and tight timeline, CVM successfully preserved all 104 jobs at Terbrack.
