Resource Partners has successfully acquired majority stakes in two of Romania’s foremost ticketing and live entertainment companies, iaBilet and BestMusic Concerts. This strategic move marks the firm's entry into the rapidly expanding digital ticketing and events sector in the region. They have procured an 82.5% stake in iaBilet, the largest online ticketing platform in Romania, and a 55% interest in BestMusic, both from NCH Capital and the founding shareholders.

Established in 2012, iaBilet has rapidly grown to become a dominant player in the Romanian market, having sold over 4 million tickets in 2024 alone. The platform collaborates with more than 4,000 event organizers, encompassing a wide array of entertainment types, including concerts, festivals, theater, sports, and family events.
