This company operates a plant located on the outskirts of Pitești, a key hub for the automotive industry in Romania, and primarily serves the Renault-Nissan Group through its subsidiary, Dacia. With over 200 employees, the plant generated revenues of 17 million euros in 2016.
The acquired facility focuses on producing small to medium-sized stamped components and assemblies. Gestamp, through its Turkish subsidiary Beyçelik Gestamp, aims to enhance the production capabilities at this Romanian plant by introducing higher-value-added components. This strategic acquisition allows Gestamp to better serve its global automobile clients, including prominent manufacturers like Renault-Nissan and Ford.
