Prato Golf Investments LTD has acquired Beiken Energy Ukraine LLC, aiming to enhance corporate governance and operational efficiency in Ukraine's drilling sector.

Beiken Energy Ukraine LLC is a leading private drilling contractor in Ukraine, established in 2017 as a subsidiary of the publicly listed Chinese oil and gas service corporation, Beiken Energy Group Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange - 002828.SZ). The company specializes in drilling operations and integrated project management (IPM), with its production base located in Poltava. In late 2024, Prato Golf Investments LTD executed an acquisition deal for the Ukrainian company, marking a significant shift in ownership.

Following the acquisition, a Supervisory Board was set up to enhance corporate governance practices and ensure transparency in strategic decision-making. Igor Mazepa, CEO and founder of Concorde Capital, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Joining him is Joe D.
