This financing will be utilized to refinance a robust portfolio of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects totaling a capacity of 40 MWp across various regions in Poland. The portfolio’s revenue stream is fortified by a 15-year Contract for Difference (CfD), ensuring stable financial backing. The “Nova” portfolio encompasses 43 individual solar projects, with each project averaging 1 MWp. The completion of the construction phase is anticipated by the end of this year, after which the portfolio will enter its operational phase. The CfD, secured through the 2020 solar auction organized by URE, will provide long-term financial stability for these projects.
