Persimmon Homes has initiated construction in Herstmonceux, Kent, marking the beginning of a new partnership with Clarion Housing Group, the UK's largest affordable housing provider. This collaboration, which emerged following the acquisition of the Herstmonceux site by Persimmon in November, aims to address the urgent demand for new housing by delivering a total of 70 homes in the region.
