Penta Real Estate is making its debut in the UK property market with the development of over 680 new residential units situated in two prime locations within the greater London area: Canary Wharf and Nine Elms. The total investment for these projects surpasses GBP 700 million (approximately EUR 800 million) and will be executed in collaboration with the esteemed London developer, Ballymore. Construction for both developments commenced in 2025, with a targeted completion date of 2029.

This entry into the UK market marks a significant expansion for Penta Real Estate, which has previously focused on Central Europe and now aims to broaden its operations across Western Europe. The Penta Group currently operates in more than 10 European nations and reported a net profit exceeding EUR 620 million in 2024.
