This portfolio encompasses a diverse range of offerings, including various spirits and liqueurs such as the popular Minttu brand, along with Finnish wine brands and associated production assets located in Turku, Finland.

In addition to Minttu, the acquisition includes Lapponia liqueurs, a broad selection of berry and fruit wines, and an assortment of glögi brands. This move reflects Pernod Ricard's strategic shift toward refining its focus on premium international spirits, moving away from local brands.
