Origin Seal has announced the acquisition of Interseal, a company specializing in industrial sealing solutions, from its long-time managers, Christophe Legrand and Jérôme Leriche, who have successfully led the company for over 20 years. Founded in 1991, Interseal is known for designing, manufacturing, and distributing seals that feature high-performance mechanical and chemical properties, suitable for a wide range of applications including food, transport, chemicals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and industrial services.
Interseal is recognized for its significant technical expertise and serves as a maintenance and troubleshooting unit for its diverse, recurring industrial clientele. The company has exhibited consistent and robust growth both in France and internationally, particularly in Belgium and Germany, supported by a strong sales force and a unique business model. Interseal has reported annual revenues exceeding 8 million euros, and as part of this acquisition, Mr. Legrand and Mr. Leriche will assist in the operational transition to ensure a seamless integration into the Origin Seal Group.
