OpenAI has acquired Polish startup Neptune.ai, a developer of AI training monitoring tools, estimated to be worth under $400 million.
Target Information
OpenAI, the world's largest AI company, has announced its acquisition of the Polish startup Neptune.ai, which specializes in developing AI model training monitoring tools. The transaction will be conducted via a stock exchange, although the exact purchase price has not been officially disclosed. According to reports from The Information, it is estimated to be below $400 million.

Neptune brings transparency to this process by collecting and visualizing over 100,000 data points per second across thousands of metrics, including loss values, gradients, and activation patterns at each layer of the model.
