CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB), one of the world's leading independent IT and business consulting services firms, has successfully acquired Comarch Polska SA via its wholly owned Polish subsidiary, CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants (Polska) sp. z o.o. This acquisition brings over 460 IT and business consulting professionals into the CGI fold, enhancing the company’s workforce in Poland and the Baltic States to around 1,500 experts. CGI aims to broaden its operational footprint by establishing a presence in several major Polish cities.
