A Norfin has successfully acquired 100% of the participation units in the Arrábida Real Estate Investment Fund. This strategic acquisition encompasses two golf courses and over 100,000 square meters of land located in Herdade da Aroeira, Setúbal. The acquired portfolio includes land designated for both residential and tourist projects, totaling an area of 102,256 square meters. Notably, there are plans for the construction of approximately 29,000 square meters of above-ground development, which will consist of 247 units, featuring 210 units for tourism and 37 for residential purposes. This development includes an aparthotel with around 150 units along with several amenities such as a restaurant, bar, spa, and gym.
The acquisition also includes two 18-hole golf courses, a driving range, a Club House with a restaurant, a children's club, and a commercial space that is currently operational. This multifaceted real estate project aims to capitalize on the growing demand for both tourism and residential options in the picturesque Herdade da Aroeira region.
