This transaction encompasses HOERBIGER Kompressortechnik GmbH (HKS) located in Schongau, Germany, along with segments of HOERBIGER Valves in Changzhou, China, and the reed valve operations in India. The business specializes in high-performance compressor components, crucial for refrigeration applications and mobile brake air compression.
