On November 9, MVI proudly announced the formation of a new consortium that operates in the green infrastructure and urbanization market. The consortium, organized under Treeco Holdco, comprises Stångby Plantskola, HPJ Garden, and Kortegaards Planteskole, and represents a strategic alliance that will dominate the Nordic market. Together with the entrepreneurs and staff within the group, the objective is to create a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future.

Since mid-2021, MVI Fund II has partnered with Stångby Plantskola AB, a premium nursery catering to B2B clients in the Swedish market. In the summer of 2022, MVI expanded its portfolio by acquiring a partnership with HPJ Garden AB, a top-quality supplier of products for the gardening and landscaping sectors.
