Mimovrste d.o.o. and Internet Mall d.o.o. are prominent e-commerce platforms based in Slovenia and Croatia, respectively. Mimovrste, the leading e-commerce site in Slovenia, boasts over 600,000 active buyers and approximately 48 million visits per year. Its counterpart, Mall.hr, ranks among the top five e-commerce providers in Croatia, notable for its strong brand recognition and significant growth potential. Together, these platforms facilitate around 2 million active product listings across more than 20 categories, including household appliances and consumer electronics, supported by robust relationships with local suppliers and a curated selection of well-known brands.

In 2024, these two companies are projected to generate a combined revenue of approximately EUR 100 million. They employ over 250 people and operate three physical stores in Slovenia and one in Croatia, all underpinned by an efficient logistics network and a scalable technology platform. The closing of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2026.
