Mimovrste, the leading e-commerce site in Slovenia, boasts over 600,000 active buyers and approximately 48 million visits per year. Its counterpart, Mall.hr, ranks among the top five e-commerce providers in Croatia, notable for its strong brand recognition and significant growth potential. Together, these platforms facilitate around 2 million active product listings across more than 20 categories, including household appliances and consumer electronics, supported by robust relationships with local suppliers and a curated selection of well-known brands.

In 2024, these two companies are projected to generate a combined revenue of approximately EUR 100 million.
